RACE /TEAM INSTRUCTION:
* Solid Rock Race Timing is providing our timing today. Runners make sure all associated #'s match and are securely fastened to your shirt and/or person.
* Coaches: Return all unused bibs, packets, and unused supplies IMMEDIATELY! This is MANDATORY!
* Coaches will return race packets to the registration tent after completion of each race.
* RUNNERS: The 5K course is marked with PINK flags, tape, and paint. - - The 2 mile course is marked with ORANGE flags, tape, and paint.
PLEASE NOTE - The first mile is the SAME FOR BOTH COURSES!

* Due to limited participants in the JV races, both races will run 1-7A together, UNLESS we have more than expected, then we'll split into 1-4A, 5-7A.
* Results and Awards will be separated into 1-4A and 5-7A.
* Please pick up all garbage around your team tent before you leave.
* Please help us keep the park clean by picking up all trash before, during, and after the race.
* Thanks to the many volunteers that are assisting at today's race.
* ALL VEHICLES must be out of the park/course-race area by 7am. You must park in regular parking. DO NOT BLOCK EMERGENCY PERSONNEL!
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
* Please visit our vendors near the restrooms. Mama P's is serving breakfast items, and Kona Ice is serving icees to cool you down. We also have a concession stand serving sausage biscuits for $2, bottled water for $1, and juice for $2.
* Also, be sure to visit our Brooks Invitational T-Shirt sales tent to purchase an awesome new T-Shirt design for only $20.
* Stop by Rock Solid Running Company's tent to look at their inventory of top notch running shoes that can be purchased today!
* If you have an announcement, it must be cleared through the meet officials to be given to me at the Sound Tent at the starting line.
Emergency announcements will be made immediately.
* All coaches, family members, non-current runners, and spectators must stay off of the race course, off of the start line, and out of the finish chute. Keep the course clear at all times. Runners could be disqualified due to interference.
* No Pets or Bicycles per AHSAA rules.
* Stay out of the water per AHSAA.
* Please be aware of your surroundings and make room for emergency personnel trying to get runners out of the course.
If you need medical attention, EMT's are located at the finish line.
AWARDS ANNOUNCEMENTS:
* No Ceremony, but awards can be picked up at Awards Tent by runners as soon as they are posted.
