SPECTATORS Regarding SPEAKER VOLUME

If you find the volume too loud
near any of our speakers,

DO NOT SIT, STAND, OR WALK
NEAR OR IN FRONT OF
THE SPEAKERS.

It's Common Sense.

These speakers have been placed at these angles to aquire certain sound coverages in certain areas. The volume is covering other areas out and around the park, NOT JUST THIS SPACE DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE SPEAKERS, so YES it has to be this volume at THESE ANGLES. The areas in front of and around the speakers have been assumed as being our space, so if you sit or stand near or in front, you are making the conscious decision to accept the circumstances AS THEY ARE, just like a binding contract. We have been setting it up this way FOR YEARS, so if you're coming in here out of the blue thinking you can change up what we are doing, that's not the way it works. It especially would be silly for me to be accomodating one person all day long, placing it here or there until you get happy. You are not the only one here. There's thousands of other people here we are trying to reach.

The speakers have to be placed somewhere, and these are the spots we have been placing for years with no issues.

Do Not Touch the Equipment! I've already had one speaker cable messed up due to a spectator taking matters into their own hands. You break, you pay.

Bottom line, you are coming into an existing venue/event that this is the way we do it. You can either accept it, or not.
