Cross Country Invitational,
at McFarland Park in Florence, Alabama.
RACE /TEAM INSTRUCTION:
* Registration is before the startline near the porta potties.
* Solid Rock Race Timing is providing our timing today. Runners make sure all associated #'s match and are securely fastened to your shirt and/or person.
* Coaches: Return all unused bibs, packets, and unused supplies Immediately to the REGISTRATION TENT! This is MANDATORY!
* Coaches, No pacing with runners.
* Runners, No warming up or cooling off on the course DURING RACES (8-11am) You could be disqualified.
* RUNNERS: PLEASE NOTE - The first mile is the SAME FOR BOTH COURSES!
* Due to limited participants in the JV races, both races will run 1-7A together, UNLESS we have more than expected, then we'll split into 1-4A, 5-7A.
* Results and Awards will be separated into 1-4A and 5-7A.
* Please pick up all garbage around your team tent before you leave.
* Medical Tent is located near the finish line.
* All coaches, family members, non-current runners, and spectators must stay off of the race course, off of the start line, and out of the finish chute. Keep the course clear at all times. Runners could be disqualified due to interference.
* Top 15 each div receive t-shirts

* Awards will be after the last race concludes located at Registration Tent Area BY The Starting Line .
* ALL VEHICLES must be out of the park/course-race area by 7am. You must park in regular parking. DO NOT BLOCK EMERGENCY PERSONNEL!
GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS:
* NO PACING WITH RUNNERS during Their Race. FAMILY, FRIENDS, SPECTATORS, and COACHES: We know it's an exciting time, but there is absolutely No Pacing with runners per AHSAA. They could be disqualified.
* The Medical Tent is located near the finish line.
* Bathrooms are located near Registration behind the first parking lot (porta-potties).
* Please visit our vendors, Miami Ice, Smile Beverage Company, Solid Rock, and Effie D's PopUp, located BEHIND the start line.
* If you have an announcement, it MUST BE cleared through the meet officials to be given to me at the Sound Tent at the starting line.
Emergency announcements will be made immediately.
* No Pets or Bicycles per AHSAA rules.
* Stay out of the water per AHSAA.
* Please watch for cords where you walk, and be aware of your surroundings and make room for Emergency Personnel trying to get runners out of the course. Do Not cross Caution Tape.
